The team of researchers at Northwestern University in Chicago accepted the analysis of data from approximately 40,000 participants in the United Kingdom. The team analyzed the participants' diet data from 2006 to 2010 and 40 to 70 years ago. The researchers specifically analyzed consumption data for coffee, tea, processed meat, red meat, fish, eggs, fruits, and vegetables. The results of the COVID-19 test of these same people in the United Kingdom, Public Health England in 2020 were then studied. Food and drink, coffee stood out among the top preventative dietary factors for preventing COVID-19.
